MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
-- Key Result Area: General Management of Supply Chain
-- Develop and implement a global supply chain management strategy.

-- Establish an inventory management plan that optimizes asset
utilization and order fulfillment flexibility.

Supply Chain Management Team.
-- Maintain master schedule systems to ensure accurate and timely

cash cycles, freight costs, freight
recovery, internal-external logistics costs)
-- Leading the re-engineering of LP’s existing distribution model in
terms of international & national presence, customer satisfaction and

-- Creating best in class integrated processes among Sales,
Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and outside suppliers to execute
the planning/fulfillment & distribution process.
-- Recruit the right team members with the collaboration of Line

-- Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts,
