The Management trainee (MT) program at Unilever offers a comprehensive and rigorous one year agenda that aims to develop future leaders by exposing the individuals to key areas of the company. It challenges you from the time you fill in your application, during assessment stages, presenting yourself in front of the key decision makers and finally through a comprehensive rotation plan in different areas of the company. • Masters or 4 year Bachelor Degrees
