REQUIRED- HEAD OF TECHNICAL OPERATIONS-PHARMA-LAHORE
A large pharmaceutical company based in Lahore is looking for a Head of Technical Operations.
Purpose of the Position is to create / maintain a competitive edge for company by manufacturing and supplying pharmaceutical products of high quality and value, in a timely manner to full satisfaction of all stake holders.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for performance of Pharmaceutical Operations
· Develops and implements strategies to meet company objectives.
· Manages technical resource allocation to meet overall company objectives.
· Ensure cost conscious usage of labor, energies and materials.
· Identifies and implements continuous improvement initiatives in line with overall targets.
· Develops people talent to sustain competitiveness in the market.
· Ensures operations in accordance with company policy and is responsible for overall relationships with governmental bodies and key stakeholders.
· Support continuous improvement and maintenance of quality of products.
· Responsible for all aspects of security, quality, ecology.
Education:
Graduate in life science; Chemist, Pharmacist or Engineering, MBA will be added qualification

Experience:
Min. 5 years in a leadership role in Tech. Ops. in a reputable pharmaceutical company.
Compensation:
It is a senior level position and compensation will be competitive and market based.
