1. RTR Piping Inspector - (With AMIANTIT Training Certificate)Qualification: - 1- Three year Diploma in Mechanical
2- RTR Training certificate from Vendor (AMIANTIT)
Experience: - 03+ years as a metallic/non-metallic piping Inspector
Responsibilities:-
1- Monitoring the joints as per the drawing.
2- Preparation of the daily progress report of joints
3- Preparation of joints summary
4- Witness/Inspection of Hydro test/Gravity test activities
5- Conduct the tool box meeting on site
6- Monitoring the storage, handle and preservation of the material.
2. QA/QC Mechanical Inspector
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develops special Quality assurance and Quality Control procedures.
• Perform inspection and test and witness test as required.
• Prepare report and quality records in compliance to procedures.
• Committed to project safety, Health, Environmental, Security and Socio economic requirements and to Quality assurance and Quality Control.
• Performed system verification on completed system to assure correct installation per design specification.
• Controls measuring and testing equipments as required insuring accuracy.
• Observes and follows safety rules and procedures including wearing required personal safety equipment.
Requirements as per SAUDI ARAMCO
He shall perform a variety of inspection functions with minimal supervisions. Personnel employed shall meet; as a minimum five years of relevant experience.
Inspector shall demonstrate working knowledge of codes as required by the purchase order, such as ASME Sec I, V, VII and IX, ANSI B31.3/4/8. NACE and API 620/650 and AWS and testing equipment required for the inspection of mechanical commodities such as pipes, piping, firing, valves, structural steel and fasteners etc.
3. QA/QC CIVIL INSPECTOR
Responsibilities and Duties:• Develops special Quality assurance and Quality Control procedures.
• Perform inspection and test and witness test as required.
• Prepare report and quality records in compliance to procedures.
• Committed to project safety, Health, Environmental, Security and Socio economic requirements and to Quality assurance and Quality Control.

He shall be fully conversant with applicable industry Standards and Specifications; and shall perform a variety of inspection functions with minimal supervisions. Personnel employed by CONTRACTOR or its subcontractors to perform the work shall meet, as a minimum following years of relevant experience.

Note: An Assistant Inspector may be utilized in place of an inspector if there is more than one QC Inspector of a particular discipline required under the contract
CIVIL INSPECTOR shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of recognized building codes such as the Uniform Building Code (UBC) or equivalent standards. As applicable for the work, he shall demonstrate thorough knowledge and proven ability in construction techniques with emphasis on Soil Mechanics, foundations. Retaining walls, structural steel, masonry, building interiors, building finishes, roof system and asphalt.
