PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE | · Min 8 yrs of work experience with minimum BBA or preferably MBA degree in marketing/advertising/ sales & selling · Telecom Business Knowledge · VAS Marketing Skills · Interpersonal & Communication Skills · Consumer Marketing & Governance · VAS Product Management · Quality Control · Policy Implementation · VAS Telecom, market intelligence · Training & Development |
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES | · Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the relevant concepts/principles and the ability to interpret, analyse and propose enhancements to the standards, instructions and guidelines to a wide variety of situations; required to act using own judgement and with little direct guidance; · Should be able to train and lead others in most of the specified procedures. · Deliver outstanding capability to devise and apply solutions to strategic issues; expected to be a role model to others and to set standards of excellence to inspire others to pursue overreaching goals. · Manage the company VAS for offering through development, enhancement and marketing to ensure long-term competitiveness and profitability. · Develop the VAS with respective to the enhance profitability and revenue. · Develop pricing strategies that maximize sales and retention while enhancing margins. · Evaluate and report on product performance with analyis of opportunities and recommendations for improvements. |
