Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Company officials and contactors follow HSE policies, procedures and guidelines in addition to HSE Legal requirements in all day to day operations.
  • Identify HSE hazards, assess risk and propose mitigation measures during drilling activities and report non compliance to the management at site.
  • Investigate all incidents related to HSE and ensure mitigations are in place to avoid re occurrence.
  • Organize HSE programs to raise the level of HSE awareness among employees.

  • Ensure implementation of PTW (Permit to work) procedure for all HSE critical activities and maintain record.
  • Maintain all Health, Safety, environment and quality records and preparation of HSE reports (Weekly & monthly) for submission to management. It includes submission of returns to CIM (Chief Inspector of Mines) as well as maintaining all HSE records required by the organization with respect to IMS (Integrated Management System) requirements.
  • Carryout regular HSE inspections and audits and prepare reports for submission to all concerned and maintain HSE Recommended Action Item register updated at all times for follow up of corrective actions.

Competencies:

  • The candidates must possess HSEQ training certificates/Diplomas.
  • Should be familiar with HSEQ/ ISO standards and experienced in implementing HSEQ requirements during drilling and associated activities.
