Work Timings: Rotation (Shift 1: 07:00Am - 04:00Pm, Shift 2: 02:00Pm - 11:00Pm, Shift 3: 10:00Pm - 07:00Am
Responsibilities
• Learn appropriate software development tools in use at SSS, as specified by the supervisor.
• Support and enhance computer programs and gain understanding of the whole applications.
• Should also maintain applications system documentation.
• Participate in study, analysis and design of applications.
• Develop understanding of Data Modeling and Data Analysis Techniques.
• Interact with relevant stakeholders and resolve day to day issues under guidance from the supervisor
• Actively participate in various SSS forums and groups.
• Keep abreast of latest developments in the profession.
• Work on special assignments under guidance of supervisor and manager.
• Assist the supervisor in his/her work wherever required.
• Develop and harness good communication skill and maintain relations with peers.
Requirements
• The candidate must have BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
• Working knowledge of database design and writing SQL queries, TSQL, and DTS packages in MS SQL Server 2000\ 2005 is essential and MS SQL Server 2008 will be an added advantage
• Should have knowledge of SSIS, SSAS and SSRS
• In-depth Knowledge and fluent coding abilities in IIS, HTML, DHMTL, XML/XSL, JavaScript/ VBScript, ASP/ ASP.NET, VB.NET, VB, VC++, VB, VBScript, VBA, MS Access, C++, C#, COM/DCOM/MTS
• Knowledge of SDLC, OOPS, and structured methodologies
• Must have the skills in task prioritization and schedule development
