Job Description:

• Tester experience of large scale web based projects/products is preferred.
•  At least 2 years experience as Tester.
•  Bachelors in Computer Science/Software.

Skills Required:

• In depth experience of writing and executing test plans and testing of all types (functional, installation, acceptance, browser compatibility, load, stress, performance, volume, regression testing).
• In depth experience of using testing tools for test plans and test cases management.
• Has to be very good in documentation, has to create test cases, test schedules, release notes, test plans, excellent in SQL queries, tracing logs, reporting bugs, documenting bugs.
• Must be able to create test scripts; understanding of Watir etc
• In depth experience of automated testing of web based applications.
• Extensive experience in writing and executing automated testing scripts is required.
• Excellent written English skills.
• Highly self-motivated individual with strong commitment to meet deadlines and ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical competence and problem solving skills.
• Testing experience in hosted solutions, client / server, .NET and web technologies (AJAX based) is an advantage.
• The candidate must be motivated to become leader and manage testing department.
