| PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES | · Provide focus upon the establishment of a sound control environment. · Promote adherence to principles of internal control and monitor and recommend enhancement in the effectiveness of its system of financial and operating controls. · Assist the Corporate Audit Manager in planning and monitoring audits / investigations in critical areas, including shareholders audits and affiliated companies. · Periodically test the integrity / security of IT systems and strive to maximize compliance with COBIT principles and the Company's IS Security Policy by planning and executing related audits. |
