Assistant Manager Administration - LHE
The position will mainly be responsible for:
· Verifies and recommends administrative Vouchers
· Verifies / Clarifies of justify prices/ bills of the items.
· Records entertainment budgets properly, recommends entertainment PCV according to the budget
· Ensure control on utility bills according to limit
· Perform travel & accommodation arrangements
· Ensures vendor evaluations, negotiations, procurement & payments
· Ensures maintenance related activities
· Assist in controlling administrative issues
· Handling of administrative staff
Qualification & Experience
· Minimum Graduate
· At least 2 years experience
Required
· Assertive personality with ability to get things done.
· Good communication & interpersonal skills(Both written & verbal)
· Good analytical skills
· Conflict resolution & problem solving skills
· Good listener with flair of facilitating people
· Pleasant and well mannered personality
· Prove to be a good team player
· Understanding of company SOP's
· Proficient in use of MS Office
· Age 25 - 32 years
