The Lead Design Engineer Civil will assign and monitor the work of direct reports.

Requirements:
• Civil Engineering Degree,
• 12 years of experience
• 8 years in refinery & petrochemical industry

Responsibilities:
• Manage the review and approval process of selected data sheets, requisitions, vendor and EPCC contractor drawings, data, specifications, calculations and the like by assigned engineers.
• Review and approve selected data sheets, requisitions, vendor and EPCC contractor drawings, data, specifications, calculations and the like.
• Review and approve selected inspection and test plans, test procedures and the like.
• Report deviations noticed in any engineering documents together with accompanying recommendation for adoption or corrective action.

• Participate in progress, technical and coordination meetings with the EPCC contractor.
• Undertake approved business trips to fabrication facilities to witness inspections and test as may be required.
• Review and prepare technical correspondence.
