We are looking for a Manager Revenue Assurance for a Large Multinational Telecom Company.
Position: Manager Revenue Assurance
Location: Islamabad
Sector: Telecom
Company Type: Large Telecom Multinational Company
Salary: Rs. 100K – 200K
Essential Requirements:
- About 5 (or more) years experience
- Experience with Telecom Operator (preferred) or Telecom Vendor
- Experience in Revenue Assurance (preferred) or Fraud Management
- Accounting background (preferred) or IT background (second preference)
Job Description:
- Manage risk assessment of new product/services/promos
- Process documentation, identify risks and recommend controls to
mitigate the risks
- Conduct and manage revenue analysis/reporting
- Plan, implement and supervise platform integrity controls (including
subscription assurance)
- Plan, implement and supervise traffic assurance controls (switch to
bill reconciliations)
- Plan, implement and supervise rating, billing and collection controls
- Investigate incidents identified during execution of RA control,
recommend corrective measures and - follow up for corrections
- Conduct audits of the areas in RA ambit that may be required from time to time
The ideal candidate should:
- Be a CA/ICMA/MBA. IT degree would be an added advantage
- Have minimum seven years of telecom experience with three to five
years in Revenue Assurance
Essential Skills:
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- In depth knowledge of Network elements and IT systems
- Proficient in operating MS Office Suite
