Required HR Executive
AEDesign is looking for HR Executive for its Lahore Office, who will be responsible for managing all HR/Admin Activities and supports human resource processes by administering recruitment activities, conducting orientation; maintaining records of the employees, training & development, performance management and employee relations.
Qualification: BBA/MBA (HR Specialization) /MS-HRM
Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience in HR
Job Responsibilities:
• Heading & monitoring talent acquisition activities
• Dealing with Induction and On-boarding activities of new employees.
• Update & keeping track of Training records, Training Calendar and feedback.
• Handling Employee Engagement activities company wide.
• Organizes corporate events such as company’s dinner, corporate trip, etc.
• Execution of performance appraisal process half yearly and annually and compilation of Performance appraisal Data
• Ensuring smooth employee exits from company and handling complete clearance process.
• Handling all employee inquiries & grievances
• Developing and implement standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for ISO audits of HR Department and any other concerned department
• Responsible for maintaining confidentiality with coordination of ISMR.
• Perform any other task assigned by the seniors.
Required Skills
• Proficient in HR matters.
• Well groomed interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take up roles and responsibilities on pro-active basis.
• Proficiency in MS office especially expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.
• Able to communicate well with all levels of employees.
• Good writing skills.
• Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand others
• Sharpened communications and public relations skills
• Ability to start in short notice is a strong advantage.
