Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills shall be considered an edge over experience. The job description of the opening includes:
1- Prepares and processes purchase orders, invoices, cheque requests, manual cheques and contract payments to be entered in ERP system.
2- Ensures purchase orders, receiving and invoices are matched.
3- Responsible for processing and maintenance of encumbrances (Fee for Service Contracts, Lease Agreements, Rental Agreements, etc).
4- Reviews and approves purchasing and accounts payable transactions for posting to ERP system.
5- Responsible for ensuring compliance of standard practices.
6- Responsible for managing year-end cut off processes for Accounts Payable and Receivable.
7- Responsible for the accuracy and timely processing of weekly cheque printing.
8- Provides reports as required by Finance management team.
9- Assists in the collection and resolution of past due accounts.
10- Manages national accounts across networks.
11- Other general accounting duties as assigned.
