One of our Clients is looking for DGM Security for the following role.   POSITION TITLE DGM Security POSITION BASED IN Khyber Pakhtunkhwah (NWFP) CLIENT'S DETAIL MNC Manufacturing Concern GENDER Male PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE ·         8-10 years of Post retirement experience from the Armed Forces in equal capacity in a large installation/ key point related to security. ·         Retired Armed Forces Personnel – Preferred ·         Age not more than 45 years ·         Must be conversed with regional Languages like Pashto , Hindko PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ·         Plan and coordinate the security of the group and the diginitaries. ·         Keep a strict vigilance on plant and residential areas. ·         Ensure all security orders are adhered to and updated as per requirement. ·         Carry out surprise checks. ·         Ensure that all equipments pertaining to security are in up-to-date condition and can be operated during emergency. ·         Direct and supervise the activities of assigned personnel and administer control over security staff. ·         Assign and delegate responsibilities and duties and exercise authority at the level established by management for the position. ·         Maintain liaison with Federal and Provincial administrations, Civil Police, KPID, Fire Brigades, Army, Navy, Air force etc. ·         Should be physically fit and have experience of Security/ Intelligence duties, investigation/ interrogation and administration/ man management.
