· Marketing & budget planning until the defined dates.
· Give estimation of sales in country level.
· Prepare targeting criteria, implementation and control together with Field Force Manager.
· Supervision of new launches.
· Check and control the marketing plans (figures, action plan, activities, positioning), and rolling sales & purchase forecast reports with full responsibility.
· Controlling and coordinating congresses (activities, marketing materials, installations, sponsorations).
· Control the budget and real sales proportion (reallocate budget if it is necessary).
· Control product marketing strategies implementations
· Input to strategic marketing activities.
· Be up- to- date with the registration process regarding the products (after the national phases are started).
· Managing and developing the major accounts of the company in export markets and provide overall servicing of export customers.
· Developing the company’s sales internationally by participating in the international fairs and managing all promotional activities internationally.
· Manage and negotiate terms of contracts with international importers/distributors in export markets •
· Managing all logistics activities according to the customers needs and to keep pricing structure at the most competitive level.
· Recommend appropriate policies regarding pricing, promotion, product and market evaluations and marketing plans.
· Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.
· Managing and training export coordination personnel.
