Job Title: Territory Sales Manager ( for Karachi, Faislabad and Sialkot)

Job Detail:

He would be responsible for the complete territory management of a specific area for sourcing prospective business through to closing the sale. He would also be responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial, sales and administrative operations. He must comply with established policies and procedures

The ideal candidate:
Preferably a university degree
2+ years of sales experience required
Possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work on own initiative, within a team environment.
Flexibility and ability to work in a target driven environment.
Full clean driving license.
Experience of creating and delivering presentations.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and work to strict deadlines.

Principal Account-abilities:

·         5+ years of sales experience required

·         must have ability to facilitate change in the organization

·         Good problem solving and analytical skills.

Purpose of the Job:

Accountability for country operations regarding service levels, service efficiency & performance
To ensure operational costs are managed efficiently in line with budgetary requirements
To highlight to the CEO areas of below standard performance & corrective recommendations 
To communicate with other departments regarding operational changes and service interruptions 
To manage and direct departmental activities through reporters engaged in all operational activities
To formulate, establish, and implement operational policies and procedures
Analyze and solve operational problems to maximize operational efficiency
Oversee timely and accurate material movement
Ensure continuous improvement processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve performance
To ensure the cost-efficiency, appearance and overall management of the fleet
Responsible for staffing, production and all elements of the operation 
Maintains employee records and completes employee performance reviews
Ensure all employees are fully trained in their jobs including cross-training in other areas when possible
Assign specific duties to employees as required

The ideal candidate:

Preferably a university degree
At least 5 years senior level operational experience, preferably within the industry
Must have strong airline / logistics operational experience
Must have strong interpersonal skills, process driven and customer focused.
