A leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Distribution Company based in Karachi, Pakistan requires a  ASST MANAGER DEVELOPMENT for IT Deptt. The incumbent should be responsible for:
Software designing, implementation and support using oracle front end Tool, Oracle database administration for backup and recovery, performance and Tuning, storage capacity plan. Selecting hardware and software products for the Database server and oracle application server.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
·         Responsible for development workflow, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms and reports in the Oracle EBS R12.
·         Develops technical designs, once functional requirements have been approved, using disciplined application development methodology.
·         Manages testing and impact assessment of Oracle patches and process changes on existing custom objects.
·         Provides production support of standard and custom functions within Oracle ERP Applications and related tertiary systems.
·         Responsible for develop and maintain Interface (PSION) program to load orders from external systems into Oracle Order Management.
·         Prepared test cases and executed unit testing and coordinated with end-user training on EBS and customised interfaces.
·         Worked on data mapping and application migration to Oracle EBS application R12 from Oracle legacy system.
·         Involved with development team to supervise the coding requirement and aid developers to maintain standard for future support, maximize optimization for extracting data within PL/SQL.
·         Responsible for Oracle ERP based database backup and recovery with its application Suite.
·         Regular DBA activities including monitoring databases using jobs & Events in OEM & db   health scripts.
·         Applying patches with functional consultant as per required for the required EBS module using oracle adpatch utilities.
  • Implement Database/Apps cloning as per required by functional consultant for the production environment to UAT environment.
·         Installation, configuration and upgrading of Oracle E-Business suite and its related modules. 
  • Identify non- optimized MIS, non MIS report query and tune them with business logic consideration intact.
  • Interface with Oracle Corporation for technical support.
Qualification:   Master in Computer Science/ MBA(MIS) and Fluent in English.

Experience   :  Worked in Software Designing & Implementation on supervisory post - 2 years, Software Development , Implementation , Database Administration; Similar position in previous company.

Asst: Branch (Distribution) Manager Ref: JS0612L024


URGENTLY REQUIRED- ASST.BRANCH(DISTRIBUTION) MANAGER –GUJRANWALA & BAHAWALPUR
A leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Distribution Company based in Karachi, Pakistan requires a ASSISTANT BRANCH(DISTRIBUTION) MANAGER for GUJRANWALA & BAHAWALPUR.
The incumbent should be responsible for:
·         On receiving Stock dispatch request forwarded by Branch Manager, follows up with IT Support Staff to prepare the STN.
·         On receiving STN from IT Support Officer, ABM gets the stocks picked form the warehouse by picker and packer. Stamp containing depot name is printed on the carton of relevant depot. Store Officer calls Courier Company according to HO instruction and hand over the stock to Courier Company.
·         On receiving Picking summary from IT Support Officer the stocks is picked from the warehouse by picker and packer & moved in the segregation area.
·         On receiving invoice and dispatch register from IT Support Officer, ABM hands over it to the Deliveryman/picker and packer for segregating stock.
·         On receiving NPPL invoices from Cashier / IT Support Officer, ABM gets the stocks picked from the warehouse by Picker and packer from NPPL inventory.
·         Store Officer ensures each invoice is stamped with PZ warrantor sign (in case of institution / hospital invoices NPPL warrantor sign).
·         On receiving SDN from IT Support Officer Store Officer gets the samples picked by Picker and Packer and then dispatches it on MIO address. In some cases hands over to MIO when he picks from the warehouse if required by the MIO.
·         On requirements of new staff, ABM search, interviews and short lists candidates and forward it to BM.
·         ABM is responsible to ensure the proper storage of goods according to storage condition required.
·         ABM is responsible for cold chain maintenance.
·         ABM will evaluate stock need on daily basis and will communicate to HO.
·         ABM ensures vehicles leave on time from the depot.
 
Skills :
·         Well acquainted with MS Office
·         Command over English, Urdu and Regional Language.
 
Qualification:            Graduate/B. Pham/ Pham D / MBA
Age               :           28-40 Years
Gender         :           Male
Experience   :           Minimum 2-3 years in the same field(Distributions) and capable to manage
