Summary

Answer all incoming technical support calls in queue with
appropriate opening script, log all calls, walk customers though the trouble
shooting steps.

Troubleshoot Internet connectivity, browser configurations,
personal firewalls, email issues, VPN Connectivity and TCP/IP issues.

Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, DSL, TCP/IP,DNS

Responsible for handling customer calls with a positive
problem-solving attitude.

Provide input for troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic
tools
·
Properly document all calls in CRM.
·
May also perform additional duties such as; preventative
maintenance and or other IT services.
