The person will be responsible for social media efforts from strategy and planning to implementation and analysis. The successful candidate will be a committed power user of social media communities and tools with a solid understanding of how to drive end user and business engagement within online social networks. They will plan and execute social media campaigns and content creation, delivering strong campaign engagement performance and insight through analytics.
Responsibilities
• Develop the social media strategy and detailed plans and content aligned with the solution and business goals
• Use creative means to drive strong engagement and organic growth of targeted communities across a variety of social media channels
• Post relevant and compelling content on social media outlets and be highly responsive to discussions, comments, and feedback
• Manage company presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Linked-In, Twitter, and other similar community sites
• Identify metrics to understand the effectiveness, return, and adjustments required of the social media strategy and plan

Experience / Qualifications
• 1+ years experience in social media and demonstrated passion for social media
• BS in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Communications, or Management
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and blogging ecosystem, as well as their respective participants (Facebook, Linked-In, Twitter, etc.)
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization) knowledge is a plus
• Strong project management or organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information and ideas
• Should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player
• Ability to flourish in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment
