1.	Principal (BPS-19)	At least a postgraduate degree from a recognized university or equivalent and should have served in the armed forces (not below the rank of lieutenant colonel or equivalent rank) with demonstrated ability to manage education or training institute.
2.	Assistant Professor	M.A/M.Sc. in 1st Division with M.Ed. /B.Ed. and 05 years teaching/administrative experience in public or private sector.
3.	Subject Specialist (BPS-17)	M.A/M.Sc. in 1st Division with M.Ed./B.Ed. and 3 years teaching/administration experience in public or private sector.
4.	Superintendent (BPS-16)	Graduate with 5 years’ experience in Administration and Accounts, preference will be given to those who have at least 1 year diploma in computer (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point etc) having drafting capability and at least 45 WPM typing speed on Keyboard.
5.	Teacher with ability to teach Science/Arts Subject (BPS-14)	B.A / B.Sc. (2md Division) with B.Ed. experience in a good English Medium School will be an added qualification.
6.	Account Assistant (BPS-14)	M.Com / MBA (Finance) B.Com 2nd Division with 2 years’ experience in relevant field.
7.	Computer Operator (BPS-12)	F.A. / F.Sc. 2nd Division with 06 months computer course applications with 10,000 key depression per hour (KDPH) or F.Sc. Computer Science 1st Division with 10,000 key depression per hour (KDPH)
8.	Senior Clerk (BPS-9)	F.A. / B.A. 2nd Division 4 years’ experience in relevant field
9.	P.T.I. (BPS-9)	Intermediate in 2nd division with Diploma in Physical Training
10.	Care Taker (BPS-9)	B.A. / B.Sc. in 2nd Division with experience in the relevant field. Retired Armed forces NCOS / JCOS will be given preference.
11.	Junior Clerk (BPS-7)	F.A / Matric 2nd Division 2 years’ experience in relevant field
12.	Laboratory Assistant (BPS-6)	F.A. / F.Sc. / B.A. 2nd Division 2 years’ experience in relevant field
13.	Shop Assistant (BPS-6)	F.A. / F.Sc. / B.A. 2nd Division 2 years’ experience in relevant field
14.	Store Keeper (BPS-6)	F.A. / B.A. 2nd Division 2 years’ experience in relevant field
