Job Description:
The position involves responding to all inbound/outbound calls courteously, providing professional customer service by responding to customers' needs, evaluating and solving their problems, and managing/updating customer databases. It also requires close contact/coordination with internal and external personnel. The candidate should have a strong academic background and university degree (equivalent to Bachelor’s) and strong communication skills with a customer-centered approach.
