• Work with Hiring Manager to validate identified competencies and skills needed for the opening as available in the marketplace
• Manages the Applicants and markets Teradata opportunities to the Applicants
• Delivers approved offer to Applicant if Hiring Manager is not available
• Works with Hiring Manager and HRC on each offer package development
• Champions diverse candidates to broaden/strengthen Teradata’s representation
• Help Teradata to find and evaluate vendors in market for the organization development
• Evaluating the results of training and development.
• Identify improvement areas and recommend courses
• Working with the senior leadership team to reduce resistance during change.
As a representative of the EMEA HR Organization, this role is also expected to:
• Help identify the best recruitment sources for assigned functions and areas.
• Support the design and deployment of effective recruitment strategies and procedures for specific areas.
• Provide knowledge and expertise in local practices and requirements to the Regional Staffing Organization.
• Assist with other HR operational objectives as assigned.
• Responsible for the smooth processing and tracking of work permit’s across the EMEA
