HR Executive – Factory Experience
Location: Position is based at Hyderabad Factory

Job Description:
· Ensures implementation and observation of Labor laws and completion of legal formalities including maintaining of different registers, service book, holiday book, leave pass book, reports and returns under various labor laws.
· Responsible for canteen Administration and ensure that quality food is supplied to the staff and workers as per set hygiene conditions.
· Good knowledge of trade unions and CBA negotiation on charter of demand and day to day issues
· Ensures good Labour - Management relations and industrial peace.
· Performs any other work as assigned from time to time.
Education / Skills Required:
· MBA in HR / Graduation with certification having 2 to 3 Factory HR experience.
· Good knowledge of Labour Law, industrial Relation Ordinance, Rules of Law, SESSI & EOBI Act, Standing Orders, Workman Compensation Act, Factory Act
· Planning, coordination and leading skills
· Interpersonal, communication, management and organizing skills
