Job Description:
*Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
*Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
*Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
*Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
*Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
*Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
*Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
*Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Jobs Specifications:
*Knowledge of Data Center solutions is preferred. Extensive experience in all aspects of Relationship and Account Management.
*Strong network in B2B sector in diverse industries, understanding of customer and market need and conversion to requirements know how.
*Experience of selling IT products & solutions through a consulting approach.
*Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals.
*Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
*Job will require extensive traveling for the purpose of business development, aiming to respond to crucial customer appointments, trade shows and market analysis.
Skills & Experience :
*3-5 years of sales management experience in ISP, Telecommunication or *Cable solutions will be preferred.
*Strong computer skills.
*Adaptable in different environments.
*Smart Communication Skills.
Salary:
Rs. 40k - 60k

Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree from a reputed university (Preferably Master Degree).
