The Role:
To work closely with all business line managers to ensure the proper management of all IT projects, including financial management, project delivery, and execution.
The position holder has to lead the Information Technology Business Development organization where the focus is on the use of technology as an accelerator to business operations.
Also partner with leadership across the organization to develop and implement the IT strategy.

  • Assist senior management and business unit managers in developing short term and strategic information technology plans.
  • Provide advanced technical consulting to internal business units and senior management in order to promote the development integrated systems.
  • Provide overall management for the solution development teams including setting priorities and making key hands-on technical contributions.
  • Develop Strategic Business Plans that stem from the corporate goals and objectives and manage their execution.
  • Prepare Performance KPIs, Management Agenda and Action Plan for the Executive Management on monthly basis.
  • Continually review and ensure adequate resources are available to meet project deliverables and milestones.
  • Drive the Company's IT governance processes and ensure IT alignment with the overall vision of the Company and its business units.
  • Ensure all operational systems are continuously evaluated for stable operation, relevance and utilization.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree/MBA in Computer Science or directly related area with experience and additional certifications in the related area.
  • Plus Technical training in Systems Designs, Business Analysis, Project Management, Presentations, Technical Communication.
  • Fifteen 15 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related area and IT projects management experience at senior level in an airline industry.
  • At least five 5 years experience in managing a team of senior managers involved in project management researching, analyzing, planning and implementing large-scale technology projects.
