Position: Assistant Manager Activation Planner
Location: Karachi
Experience: 2 years Brand activation and brand building experience in an fmcg background
Responsibilities:
Work closely and liaise with brand/category managers. Plan and Execute on-ground activations, fitting in with Brand Strategies. Lead initiaves to contiously upgrade the activation domain
Manage Activation Agencies and get work done with and through them. Co-create activation briefs with brand custodians and ensure execution of plan in time and full.
Relationship management with/between activation agencies and brand teams, Suggesting and leading world class creative activation on-ground , Ensure timely and flawless execution, Cost vetting as per set standards by the company.Training brand ambassadors. Ensure that the agency payments are made as per activation SOP.
Activation field knowledge, Ability to manage vendors/activation agencies , Resolving conflict, Multi tasking.
Skills Required: Strong Presentation and Interpersonal Skills/ Art of persuasion, timely decision making
Language Required: English/Urdu
