JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Business Partner for Indirect Materials area.
·         Effectively manage indirect Materials for the company.
·         Manage cost-effective procurement of Goods & Services ensuring adherence to quality and agreed timelines.
·         Manage performance of the vendors of Goods & Services ensure all the related issues are effectively handled.
·         Manage induction of new Vendors for general and material purchase.
·         Support in floating Policies and SOPs related to Purchase.
·         Effectively execution of the role of Business Partner for Indirect Procurement and coordinating with related functions.
·         Responsible for all purchases of goods & services to meet the requirements of the internal customers and ensuring that quality of goods and services is maintained and timelines are adhered to by the suppliers
·         Maintaining liaison with the Vendors and internal customers resolving the issues for expediting deliveries and ensuring quality.
·         Effectively Implement RFX, Opportunity Matrix, benefit Log and other saving monitoring modules in Indirect Procurement.
·         Monitoring vendor performance with respect to quality and timelines and evaluating their performance and have dialogue with them for improvements
·         Ensuring all company policies and procedures related to Purchasing are adhered to and the procurement process is running smoothly.
