A major industrial group is seeking an experienced and highly competent Chartered Accountant to manage the finance, accounting and administrative responsibilities of an upcoming Petro Chemical Plant Project in Turkey.
 
The Chief Financial Officer should
Ø  Be a Qualified Chartered Accountant of Pakistani Origin;
Ø  Have around 10 to 15 years of experience (international exposure will be preferred);
Ø  Have prior experience in establishing companies /projects;
Ø  Have knowledge of taxation and secretarial matter;
Ø  Have working knowhow of ERP systems and accounting software;
Ø  Have experience of feasibilities and project appraisal techniques like NPV, IRR etc. (will be preferred);
Ø  Have experience of working in start-up operations would be beneficial;
Ø  Be extremely fluent in English and preferably have the working know-how of Turkish language;  
Ø  Be willing to relocate to Turkey for longer duration;
Ø  Be self-motivated and well-organised.
The Chief Financial Officer will
Ø  Develop the control environment to ensure all company control procedures are in place;
Ø  Have full financial responsibility for the preparation of periodical accounts of the company;
Ø  Be responsible for the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax submissions;
Ø  Manage budgeting process and MIS reporting structure,  so that operation reports accurately and in line with Directors instructions;
Ø  Manage the operational and financial cash flows;
Ø  Oversee the tax, corporate and secretarial affairs of company;
Ø  Manage  the finance and treasury matters and dealing with banks;
