SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
 
Job Purpose:
Maintains computing environment by identifying system requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring system performance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·         Establishes system specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing system infrastructure.
·         Establishes system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, networks, and operating and system management systems; defining system and operational policies and procedures.
·         Maintains system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems; designing and running system load/stress testing; escalating application problems.
·         Secures system by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation.
·         Monitor all Windows servers for performance issues and stability concerns. Administer web users and hosting accounts. Work with IIS6 on a daily basis to support customers and ensure maximum uptime.
·         Regular application installations, configurations, and day-to-day administration. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise. Staying familiar with new versions of applications used on servers.
·         Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.
·         Upgrades system by conferring with vendors and services; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software.
·         Meets financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses.
·         Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
·         Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
·         Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
 
Education/Work Experience/Skills & Competencies required:
 
·         Qualification: BCS/MCS/equivalent.
·         Minimum five (5) years of experience in System Administration.
·         Ability to Develop Standards.
·         Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
·         Should be available On-Call.
·         Proxy Servers Trainings is preferable.
·         Networking & LAN Knowledge is a plus.
·         Ability to perform Network Hardware Configuration.
·         Ability to manage Network Maintenance & Performance Tuning.

DEPLOYMENT & RELEASE ENGINEER
 
Job Purpose:
The candidate is responsible for managing, monitoring and coordination of Software Deployment and Releases. Deployment and Release Engineer works with Product Management, Engineers and Operations to insure a smooth and seamless Deployment and Release of software products to market.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·         Updates/maintains master release schedule and other deployment schedules.
·         Researches/resolves escalated, critical, and other large scope customer deployment and release issues, including after normal business hours as required.

·         Performs software deployment, release and administrative duties (e.g., performance reviews, coaching / counseling, staff schedules, etc.).
·         Performs any other duties as deemed necessary to provide quality service.
 
Education/Work Experience/Skills & Competencies required:

·         Knowledge in software development methodologies/processes (requirements, design, implementation and test). Knowledge of VSTS/ TFS as plus
