Customer Service Executive
Job Description/ Duties/ Responsibilities
· Outbound appointment scheduling for medical practice. Ensure availability of leads and other required resources.
· Login to all client applications.
· Perform tasks as per the defined SOPs.
· Meet deadlines
· Ensure information secrecy.
· Pre assessment of special requirements of client by operations head.
· Ensure procedures are strictly adhered to and any issues are highlighted to the supervisor/team leader
· Delivery of day end reports.
· Check systems for daily updates.
