Manager Accounts & Finance Required
We are looking for Manager Accounts & Finance to Manage over all Accounts Department; detail of the position is given below:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of monthly accounts with commentary and analysis report.
2. To review of costing data sheet.
3. Checking / signing of vouchers.
4. Verification and follow up daily / weekly bank position, routine issues and monthly forecast.
5. To prepare / follow-up information required by Tax department.
6. Verification of bank reconciliation, common expenses & payroll.
7. Monthly income tax return for tax deduction including calculation of taxation on profit & loss.
8. To prepare annual account on audit pattern and conduct annual audit.
9. Prepare and verify various detail related to annual audit.
10. Renewal work of general insurance policies.
11. Assist external auditors at the time of annual audit.
12. To review of office expense.
13. To deal with different regulatory authorities keeping in view of all Government policies.
14. To accomplish any other task assigned by the CEO.
Credentials:
· Fresh Chartered Accountant /ACCA/ICMA having 5 years of experience in Manager level position is required
