Finance Coordinator (Corporate Office)
Role: Lead, develop and manage the services of
the Finance department, such that all thefinancial
management processes of
Hotel One are
delivered in accordance with highest governance and professional standards.
Accountabilities:
Administration of the Financial
System
· Assist the ADF, DF, in achieving tight monthly
deadlines by prompt processing of transactions
· Assist in financial
reporting and closings
· Perform weekly payment runs, ensuring correct
levels of approval and risk control are achieved
· Reconciliations of bank accounts on a weekly,
daily and monthly basis
· Performs miscellaneous filing/sorting of checks,
journals, ad hoc reconciliation, etc…
· Completes accounting functions in accordance with
established policies and procedures
· Maintain insurance coverage's
Administration of Accounts Payments
· Reviews source documents and perform certain
general ledger entries/ adjustments\
· Prepare/post month-end accrual/prepayments
entries
· Maintains regular contact with other departments
to obtain information and/or to correct transactions
· Prepare and reconcile BS accounts on a monthly
basis
· Ensure Provident Fund is in in line with the
statuary laws.
Efficient Office Management
· Completes accounting functions in accordance with
established policies and procedures
· Identification of process improvement and
efficiency enhancement opportunities
· Attend and participates meetings as required

systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Excellent written communication skills; must be
able to write clearly and effectively
· Ability to work under pressure & meet
deadlines
· Ability to manage time effectively and multi
task.
· Excellent analytical, organizational and problem
solving skills
· Capable of working in a team.
· Strong management skills
· Able to work independently with minimal
supervision
· Experience and strong knowledge of spread sheets
· Must possess understanding of hotel internal
controls and processes in order to ensure compliance.
· Professionally qualified Masters in finance
major with 2 years of experience or Undergraduate
with 3 to 4 years of experience
