Assistant Manager Exports Required in Lahore

Job Description:
Receive intimation from merchandising about shipment and calculate the timing of the shipment.
Check and arrange the vassals or flight on time.
Check and arrange the best local transport for delivery to port on time.
Check, arrange and make sure the delivery of local clients through suitable transport on time.
Generate invoice, get approval from top management and keep follow up for payment process from local clients.
Preparation of custom documents for the export shipments.
Monitoring the shipments up to the destination.
Get follow up the international remittances.
Deal with R&D cases with state bank of Pakistan and custom rebate.
Receive details of import goods from merchant and arrange the payment for vendor.
Make sure the receiving/ pick up of goods.
Get custom clearance of import goods.

Requirements:
Minimum Graduate having 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferably in Apparel Garments Industry)
