Job Description: 1. Collaborates with Plant Manager in preparation of Annual Operating Plan,Operations Budgets, and Plant Energy Schedules. 2. Coordinates dispatching and outages with KESC to achieve maximum dispatch. Obtain approval on Annual Outage Schedule from KESC. 3. Supervision of Overall Plant Operations on daily basis to achieve operational targets and key parameters. 4. Monitoring quality and quantity of Fuel, lubrication R/O chemicals, water supplies etc. to meet operations requirements. 5. Coordinates with Maintenance Department for all Schedule and unscheduled maintenance ensuring timely handover and takeover of engine operations for avoiding unnecessary outages. 6. Review Plant Operations SOPs and ensures its compliance by Operations Department Staff. 7. Supervises Safety and Environmental compliances by staff working in operations dept. 8. Keeps track on critical equipment performances for increasing plant efficiency by innovation and modification. 9. Evaluation of staff competencies and development of Technical Training programs to increase efficiency. Job Specification: 1. Bachelor\Master degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 2. An experience of more than 10 years in Power Plant Generation of which at least 5 years in HFO Engine Operated Power Plant. 3.
