Responsibilities

​The incumbent will be responsible for:
Plan effective maintenance of all facilities & equipment’s at offsite phlebotomy centers and stat laboratories through in-house resources and outsource works to contractors if required.
Implement, supervise and manage planned preventive maintenance (PPM), break downs (BDM), Inspection, Multi Year Renovations & Minor Projects for all off site stations of Punjab and Upper sind Region.
Carryout survey of electrical distribution network of all areas & suggest improvement wherever required , Also implement the same
Effective Participation in Preparation of Punch Listing & Handling /Taking Over Process of New Facilities, Responsible For Taking Over ,Arranging the resources (Man Power & Material) to ensure ongoing Management.
Coordinate with users to ensure their satisfaction & get feedback through CQI form on monthly basis.
Responsible to raise ROP, Verify work, complete certificate check & forward the bill to Manager Civil & Ground.
Spend petty cash, issue IOU’s and do procurement or labor payments after obtaining approvals.
Carry out regular field inspection to overall all stations in Pakistan.
Co-ordinate specialized equipment maintenance with respective departments of FMD.
Maintain & keep proper record for Store (Register In/Out) of consumables and spares required for upcountry maintenance activity.
Manage petty cash impress account and submit expense claims regularly as per petty cash policy.
Provide monthly report as to the status of all the activities to the Asst Manager operation for his review.
Coordinator for improvement of performance and quality outcome.
Requirements


Applicant should have:
Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 6-8 years of electrical work related experience
Ability to supervise
Basic knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering work
Supervisory skills.
Have verbal and written communication skills
Training ability.
Computer literate
