Job Title: HR/Admin Officer
Location: Islamabad and Karachi
No. of Vacancies: 2
Job type: Full-Time
Office Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Gender: Male
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 0 to 1 year
Job Description:
Coordination with head office HR department. Coordinate with managers for Scheduling interviews. working closely with departments for recruiting staff, this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting candidates and schedule interviews with Respective manager. maintaining employee records like attendance, leaves, short leaves, maintain employee files. Coordinate with head office HR department for daily activities. Manage petty cash and keep record of all extra expenses incurred. Proactive approach with I can do attitude. Enter all data into the system. Managing filing, storage and security of documents.
