Position: Front Desk Officer
Qualification: B.COM/BBA
Experience: 1-2 years
Skills required: Must be fluent in English & possess good customer service,
administrative & organizational skills
Location: Karachi
Salary: Rs.30,000–Rs.35,000(max)
Job Responsibilities
First point of contact to all office customers,
providing assistance by guiding customers to the relevant staff for resolution
of queries and maintain the visitor log.
Receiving and recording of all incoming materials.
Full mail management, including recording and distributing all incoming mail,
and sorting and dispatching outgoing post.
Managing telephone exchange and diverting telephone
calls to the relevant member of staff.
Contribute to the effective and efficient running
of the office on a day-to-day basis.
Logistics, travel and accommodation arrangement for
staff and Client’s guests.
Booking of events in banquets and hotels.
Responsible for front area facilities and house
keeping
Contact management (maintain the vendors data)
Support to BS department in finance and
administration
Arrangement of in-house meetings
Maintain the literature and stationery stock lists,
supervise and update to relevant staff on weekly/monthly basis.
