4. Ability to report process chemistry parameters and related recommendations to control room personnel; troubleshooting ability for process upsets

Key Performance Requirements:
-- The Director must have deep understanding of reputation management and demonstrable ability to

-- The Director must show good performance as media advisor or Communication Director/Manager in a
