Job Title                 :               ISO Coordinator / Document Control
Qualification         :               Bachelors Degree, Certificate OR Training in quality / ISO preferred
Experience            :               7 years in QA/QC field, preferably in restaurant \ service environment
                                                3 years experience of certification process.
Location                 :               Karachi

Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidate will assist in optimizing and improving restaurant systems and procedures to meet business requirements.



  • Initiate process for corporate ISO 9001 certification

  • Coordinate with Q.M.R. in the implementation of a quality management standard, such as ISO-9000.

  • Coordinates with the personnel in the relevant departments for development of detailed procedures. Initiates actions to implement the same.

  • Organize all the activities involved in carrying out internal quality audits with Q.M.R. to check whether system is in conformance with the documented procedures.

  • Responsible to ensure that the latest versions of relevant records are available to the users concerned.

  • Check Departmental head files containing copies of procedures, formats and job descriptions etc.

  • ISO-Coordinator has authority to hold any non-compliance activity in system and reported to Q.M.R. / Administrator / Chief Executive for further action.

  • Coordinates with relevant personnel in product development.

  • Assist / Suggest Q.M.R. in developing training plan for management and staff.

  • Ensures that inspection activities carried out at different stages in the process adhere to the Quality plan. Verifies that non-conformities (from standard) are reported promptly to relevant manufacturing personnel who are responsible for initiating necessary corrective actions.

  • Responsible to attend Management Review Meetings session.

  • Reviews with Q.M.R. the process in terms of the assignments of last meeting, documentation prepared by each member, rectification of non-conformities, achievements of quality objectives.

  • Follow up Q.M.R. assign's targets or specific assignments to the members of the Management Review. Ensures the availability of resources required in the completion of assignments.

  • Briefs the progress to Quality Management Representative regarding the implementation process of quality management system. Discusses the minutes of management review meeting with Quality Management Representative and takes guidance for the future line of action.

  • Maintains files of the minutes of the meeting

  • Assist Q.M.R. in establishing and developing of new project developments in organization.

  •  ISO audit coordinator, attend quality coordinator meeting, quality coordinator roles and responsibilities, internal and external audits, focal point in developing quality plans

  • Trains new employees on documentation systems and Review to assure is correct and complete

  • Stimulate quality awareness and implications with all employees

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Mobile Development Engineer – Smartphone (BlackBerry, Android, Windows, iPhone)

Appropriate candidates will have the following skills, qualifications and experience:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering required
• 4 or more years of work experience in software engineering, with primary experience in one or more of the following languages: Java (J2ME), C++, Objective C
• 3 or more years of experience designing software and software architectures in a leadership capacity
• 2 or more years of consumer software development on Blackberry, Android, iPhone, Windows Mobile or other mobile devices
• Demonstrated success leading, directing, and coordinating the technical activities of both full-time and consulting engineers in developing software
• A firm understanding of building mobile applications that utilize web-services (REST, XML/RPC, SOAP, JSON or other services), in order to tie our applications to critical server-side APIs.
Experience building Blackberry Applications using the Blackberry API is a plus-a strong preference is reserved for applicants who have contributed to Applications that have been available to the public
