    9. Manages and directs the activities of all assigned personnel in the Finance & Accounting Department. Gives general direction to the planning and coordination of the training and development of employees, forward planning of manpower needs and recruitment of suitable national for training and development in support of the Saudization objectives.

    10. Ensure due diligence in the exercise of the delegated Financial Authority.
