PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Develop and manage the processes for the paint shop. 
·         Establish quality control process for the line and oversee procurement of appropriate paint control equipment. 
·         Work with local suppliers and logistics partners to assure compliance with design / manufacturing specifications, as well as on time delivery.
·         Oversee overall manufacturing quality and ensure adherence to ISO standards.
·         Drive efficiency in inventory management of related components and enable just in time delivery when possible.
·         Manage implementation of engineering change orders per direction from engineering.
·         Responsible for coordination activities across organizations to ensure that initiatives are accomplished and the program is successful.
·         Support prototype build process, ensuring conformity to design.
·         Direct workers in measuring / testing the product and process relative to quality and reliability. 
·         Train and coach local working staff on problem-solving andquality production techniques relevant to Paint Shop processes.
