The position is responsible to supervise and manage treasury functions in order to regulate the flow of liquid funds and arrange coverage of business risks by optimal restructuring of investments, credit lines and insurance coverage. Position is also responsible for supervision and management of payroll and accounts payables functions.
Major Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise flow of treasury operations using dynamic cash planning to ensure judicious use of credit lines to optimize cash flows
- Assist Finance Head in negotiation with Banks and related institutions to secure financial accommodations on best available terms
- Identify and assess financial risks and propose execution of insurance and hedge contract to minimize such exposure within a positive cost-benefit parameters
- Supervise the finalization of payroll and its disbursement and meet statutory requirements 
- Supervise payroll related accounts and required reports
- Supervise accounts payable, its various functions and reports 
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and statuary requirements
