Job Description:

1- To communicate with our clients.
2- If there is any query from the client, you have to assign this task to the support team.
3- Meanwhile keep in touch with the client.
4- Properly follow up your queries with the support team.
5- Once issue has been resolved by the team, inform to the client.
6- After getting clearance from client, close this issue.
7- Generate some analytical reports.
Skills Required:
Skills Required

1- STRONG communication skills in ENGLISH(written and verbal).
2- Good knowledge of use of computer.
3- Confident and mature attitude.
4- Call Center experience is a big plus.

Salary: 10,000 - 15,000/
