Organization A well reputed Retail Chain Title of Position ADMINI EXECUTIVE Location Karachi Nature of Employment Permanent Number of Position 01 Age Salary Package 28+ 15-20 K / Commensurate with working knowledge & skills in the area Education Graduate, Masters Preferable Experience 3-5 Years of Experience in Admin Affairs (Retails & Logistics preferable) in reputed Org Skills required Knowledge of Administrative by laws Computer literate (MSOFFICE & Emails) Areas of Responsibility:                   Over All Warehouse Admin affairs Staff Attendances & leaves in coordination with HR Dept Checking of Janitorial operation of premises Checking and supervision of building cleanness Maintenance of Generator /Computers /Printers /UPS /Fax Machine/Air conditioners/ Security Installations & Utilities payments/ other machineries Maintaining proper record of all  service contracts Final checking of premises before closing Strict compliance of all HR rules & procedures Report Generation
