Following specifications are for Senior Architect and for Junior Architect 1 years experience and (preferred International Degree)
KEY JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• A senior expatriate staff is required to assume the responsibilities of Design Manager/ Team Leader in the Architecture Division. Must have the ability to lead a team of Architects and Draftspersons to under take complete Architectural Design of the assigned projects.
• Should have a minimum 10-15 years experience, which should preferably cover high/mid-rise building and mixed-use development projects. Preference would be given to candidates who also have experience in hotel/ hospitality and commercial mall projects.
• Candidates with relevant design experience both at the concept development and detailed design stages would be preferred. Must be able to lead the preparation of client's briefs, production of conceptual schemes with usual elevations/renderin gs/models and the production of detailed design and documentation.
• The Candidate must have reasonable communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team of architects to coordinate with teams from other disciplines (civil, structural, electrical & mechanical engineers).
