Required Assistant to COO

Opening for the position of Asst. to COO

 

The ideal candidate must have good interpersonal skills, computer knowledge and good command over professional letter writing & memo.

 

Minimum Qualification:  Graduation

Prime Responsibilities:

·         Develop, compile and maintain reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as assigned.

·         Organize meetings, calendar & presentations.

·         Good communication and coordination with other support staff and team members.

·         Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information and assignments.

·         Schedule appointments, maintains and updates COO's daily calendar.

·         Answer telephones, screen calls, route callers, take messages, respond and provide routine information within scope of authority.

·         Schedule, organize and coordinate travel plan, travel itineraries and travel expense report.

·         Establish and maintain records and files for COO.

·         Assist with special projects and provide general office support.

Gender: Either  

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Location: Karachi
