DEPUTY MANAGER ENGINEERING
Qualification : BE (Mechanical)
Experience : 3 + years experience (preferably in Pharma industry)
Age           : 35 years Maximum
Job Description:
Operations & Maintenance Management of Utilities & HVAC Services;
Scope includes as follows:
1. Boilers
2. Generators
3. Air-compressors
4. Absorption & Liquid Chillers
5. HVAC Systems for Operations/Warehous e
6. HVAC System for Corporate Offices
7. High Voltage Electrical Systems
8. Low Voltage Electrical System
9. Water Systems
10. Process Water Filtration System

Project Management; Scope includes:
1. Assisting Engineering Manager in execution of Projects
2. BOQ Review, verification of bills
3. Co-ordination with Consultants, Contractors & other stakholders for smooth 
execution of Projects

HSE Management; Scope includes:
1. Assisting Management in implementation of HSE Policies
2. To keep update Fire Fighting Equipment
3. Monitoring of Process and Combustion emmissions and effluents etc.



DEPUTY MANAGER WARE HOUSE
Qualification

- Atleast Bachelors Degree (preferably from Pharmacy/Science)


Experience

- 3-4 years of Ware House Management Experience


Job Description:

- Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery; shipment loading & transferring of a wide range of Pharmaceutical products.
- Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse' over-all operations in relation to company objectives and set targets.
- Scheduling of personnel based on client-supplied schedules.
- Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on- job training.
- Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status report to  Operations Manager.
- Creation of daily work logs and transmission of same to corporate.
- Creation of daily work logs and transmission of same to corporate.
- Negotiation of rates with common carrier representatives.
- Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area as well as Improvement & development of warehouse.
