Customer Services Representatives – Call Center
Basic Function
  • Handling telephonic queries/complaints and problem resolution for customers.
  • Following up with customers on running complaints and closed issues.
  • Coordination with Operations on Customer Complaints and other issues.
Person's Specification
  • Should be a Graduate  
  • Excellent Spoken & Written Communication Skills
  • Flair of facilitating customers
  • Well versed with computer applications
  • Minimum 1 year work experience of similar job
  • Flexible and ability to work in all shifts and long hours effectively
  • Ability to be a part of fast-paced working environment
Dot net Developer
Qualification:          BCS/MCS, BSc/BCom + Diploma in computer science
Experience:         1-2 years in desk-top/web application/ software development
Skills:                   communication, analytical skills & programming skills
Development tools:   MS.Net, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server & MS Access 2092105
Others:               Due to nature of our business, a person must be flexible in shifts environment, odd timings and long hours work if required.
