2-3 Year Relevant Experience

 Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.

Job Description:
To analyze training needs and facilitate both workshops and training programs for the sales force.
  To design, develop and implement comprehensive annual sales training plan that supports the sales objectives of the organization.
To monitor effectiveness of training techniques and suitability of training programs.
 To participate in territory meetings, trade shows, territory activities, special events and seminars.
To set individual representative objectives and tactics within area.
To develop a performance management culture and environment across the area team by conducting performance appraisals and ensuring proactive and timely management of ongoing performance.
To   Develop an environment where people feel enabled to give and receive feedback.
To Create a team environment that encourages cross-functional working.
To ensure a sales management monitoring and review process is in place.
